Wednesday 3 July - 6AM WOD / 12PM WOD / 430PM WOD / 530PM WOD
Thursday 4 July - 8AM WOD / 9AM Barbell Club
Friday 5 July - Normal Schedule
Saturday 6 July - 8AM WOD / 9AM WOD / 10AM Barbell Club
