CrossFit Elements

In Elements, we take the essential movements found in CrossFit, as well as a few useful add-ons, and teach them to you step by step in a small group environment. Elements is the foundation for the rest of your highly effective training career; we’re going learn new skills, drill our technique, and build the fitness base required to take part in regular CrossFit classes. Each class is 60 minutes long and is comprised of hands on movement practice, a “Workout of the Day” (WOD), and a discussion on important lifestyle topics to help you succeed both in and out of the gym.

CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day)

Our premier 60 minute total body, high-intensity workout. Classes combine a variety of functional movements - everything from gymnastics to kettlebells to cardio and weightlifting. We offer multiple levels within our CrossFit classes to properly meet the needs of beginner to advanced athletes and everyone in between. If you’re looking to look, feel, and be fitter and more athletic this is the class for you!

El Jefe Barbell Club

CFSS is also home to El Jefe Barbell, a distinguished local USA Weightlifting club affiliate. Barbell Club is a structured strength training class, whose goal is to help athletes learn proper lifting technique, get stronger, and continue to develop as weightlifters. Class programming is individualized to meet the needs and goals of each athlete. Our program is intended for both competitive and recreational athletes, and is a great adjunct to CrossFit training.
